The AI-powered, gamified work management startup incubated by YellowStone Participações joins the Paulo Cunha Hub program — an ecosystem whose startups have raised US$ 1.79 billion since 2011.
São Paulo, July 2026 — Questline, a SaaS platform that unifies and gamifies work management for creative and project teams, has been accepted into the Early Stage Fellowship, a program run by Insper's Paulo Cunha Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub. The startup is incubated by YellowStone Participações, the investment holding founded by entrepreneur Renan Guedes.
The Early Stage Fellowship is a 12-month journey for businesses and startups from the Insper community, focused on validation, customer development, value proposition and strategic connections. The program combines content tracks, coworking, fireside chats with market leaders, office hours with specialists and personalized mentoring. According to the Hub's own survey, the Fellowship currently gathers 33 startups — 75% of them already generating revenue with active customers — and serves as a gateway to FOKS, Insper's accelerator created in 2022, and to angel investors through Insper Angels.
An ecosystem with proven results
Created in 2019, the Paulo Cunha Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub has established Insper as one of Brazil's leading centers for founder development. A survey released in February 2026, at the launch of Insper's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Observatory, mapped 201 startups founded by students and alumni that together have raised US$ 1.79 billion since 2011 — the equivalent of 4.1% of all venture capital invested in Brazilian startups over the period. In 2025 alone, they raised US$ 141.4 million.
Highlights of Insper's entrepreneurial community include QI Tech, Alice, Evino and Mottu, each having raised more than US$ 100 million, alongside Cayena, Shopper, Digibee, Conta Simples, a55 and Educbank, with rounds above US$ 50 million. Within the Hub's programs, recent cases include Passabot, an Early Stage Fellowship participant that closed its first round (R$ 1.2 million at a R$ 15 million valuation) and was selected for Meta's WhatsApp AI Startup Hub; and Kolek, accelerated by FOKS, which also received investment with the ecosystem's support. The Hub has further expanded its reach through recent partnerships with Cubo Itaú and with Nova SBE in Lisbon — a relevant bridge for startups with European expansion ambitions.
What the acceptance means for Questline
Questline was born from a pain familiar to anyone running projects in agencies and consultancies: work scattered across multiple tools — MS Project, Wrike, Asana, Jira — and the difficulty of giving each team member a single view of priorities, productivity and recognition. The platform consolidates tasks in one place and adds a layer of ethical gamification, with AI agents that generate predictive insights, risk alerts and real-time feedback.
