Renan Guedes
Founder & Principal
Renan has spent 25 years building technology and supply chain businesses across the Americas and Europe. He is the founder and CEO of Exed Consulting, a 500-person enterprise technology firm operating in five countries and serving clients in 25. He holds a PhD and MSc in Business Administration, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (OPM), a YPO member — São Paulo chapter — and an angel investor, author and speaker.

Wealth Planning & Legal
An attorney with over eighteen years in wealth and succession planning, tax and corporate structuring, Priscila is the founding partner of Priscila Lucenti Advocacia and legal counsel to Exed Consulting. She is co-author of the best-selling 'Planejamento Patrimonial: Família, Sucessão e Impostos', now in its third edition — a reference work on family wealth planning in Brazil.
